Working in a Project
Once a project exists, day-to-day work happens in the project tabs under that project — not in Org Hub. Org Hub is for admins managing shared libraries and org-wide tools; the project workspace is for everyone on the shoot.
New to creating projects? See Creating Projects.
The project tabs
- Overview — KPIs, spend chart, recent purchases, activity. A quick pulse of the project.
- Purchases — list and filter purchases; + Add Purchase starts the logging flow. See Logging Purchases and Receipt OCR.
- Vendors — vendors with purchases on this project. See Project Vendors; the full shared library is Vendors Library.
- Project Locations — locations linked to this project. See Project Locations and the org Locations Library.
- Items — line items and standalone items scoped to the project. See Items.
- Documents — files stored on the project for reference. These uploads are not the same as brief or script parsing when you create a project.
- Settings — name, dates, budget, collaborators, export, archive/delete. See Project Settings & Collaborators.
Who sees what
Tab visibility follows your role and capabilities on the project. Viewers can look; Editors can create purchases and items; Project or org Admins manage settings and invites. Overview and Finance surfaces use your project budget — see Budgets.
