Audit Ledger
The Audit Ledger is a chronological feed of important org events — purchases, reconciliations, location changes, OCR activity, and related domain actions. Use it when you need a trail of what changed and when.
It lives under Organization Hub and requires Studio. See Plans & Features.
Who can use it
Org Admins on Studio. Editors and Viewers do not access the ledger from Org Hub.
Working with the ledger
- Open Org Hub → Audit Ledger
- Scan the chronological event list
- Use filters to narrow by event type or related context
- Load more as you page through older events
How it relates to Bulk Reconciliation
Reconciliation actions can appear in the ledger as part of the audit trail. Day-to-day clearing still happens on purchases or in Bulk Reconciliation; the ledger is the historical record.
