Unlimited projects start on Lite. Unlimited seats (admins, editors, and viewers) are on Studio.

Bulk Reconciliation is the Studio org dashboard for clearing pending and flagged purchases across projects and platforms in one place. Per-purchase reconcile (Mark Cleared / Flag for Review) is available on Lite and above — see Logging Purchases and Bulk Reconciliation.
